1. Who We Are

ReviewMore ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website getreviewmore.com and the ReviewMore software-as-a-service platform. We provide automated Google review request tools for home service contractors.

2. Information We Collect

From contractors (our customers):

• Name, email address, and business name at signup
• Google Business Profile data (review count, star rating, review content) via OAuth
• Customer contact lists you upload (name, phone number)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data (which features you use, when you log in)

From your customers (end recipients of SMS):

• Phone number (provided by you)
• Name (provided by you)
• SMS opt-out status (if they reply STOP)
• Whether they clicked the review link

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the ReviewMore platform
• To send automated review request SMS messages on your behalf to your customers
• To pull and display your Google Business Profile review data
• To draft AI-generated review responses via OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send you transactional emails (account updates, invoices) via Resend
• To comply with legal obligations including TCPA and applicable state laws

4. SMS Messaging & TCPA Compliance

ReviewMore sends SMS messages to your customers on your behalf after job completion. These messages are sent from a dedicated phone number provisioned for your account.

• Every initial SMS includes a STOP opt-out instruction
• Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently — opted-out numbers are never messaged again
• Messages are only sent between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone
• We send a maximum of 2 messages per customer per job (1 initial + 1 follow-up)
• You are responsible for ensuring you have an established business relationship with each customer you add to ReviewMore

Note on state laws: Some states (including Florida, Texas, California, and Arizona) have stricter SMS marketing laws. ReviewMore's SMS system is designed for customer care messaging (post-service review requests) sent to your own customers, which is the most legally favorable use case under federal TCPA guidelines. You remain responsible for compliance with any applicable state laws.

5. Google Review Policy Compliance

ReviewMore does not engage in review gating (filtering customers before requesting reviews), incentivized reviews, or any practice that violates Google's review policies. We only send honest review requests to all customers equally.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Telnyx — SMS delivery (phone numbers, message content)
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Supabase — Database hosting
• OpenAI — Review response drafting (review text only)
• Vercel — Web hosting
• Resend — Transactional email
• Google — Google Business Profile API (reviews, ratings)

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. Customer contact data (phone numbers) is deleted within 7 days of account cancellation. You can request immediate deletion by emailing us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your customer contact list at any time
• Opt out of marketing communications

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted database storage (Supabase), HTTPS-only connections, and OAuth 2.0 for Google account connections. We do not store credit card numbers — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

10. Changes to This Policy

We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes to this policy. Continued use of ReviewMore after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
